INTERIOR MODIFICATIONS ON OUR XJ PROJECT CAR "MAKO"

1. Cup holder (buy it here) very easy install, remove two screws under the center console lid, put cupholder over and reinstall. Cutouts for emergency brake and power mirror.

2. Non - Slip Blue pedal covers - these install easy with phillip head set screws. We did some trimming of the original black plastic pedals so they did not show behind the new pedals.

3. CB Radio (buy CB radios here for your XJ) - installed with screws under the panel and hardwired to the cigarette lighter. Ran a antenna cable all the way to the end of the rear hatch and out to the roof rack where we put a magnetic mount.

4. Blaupunkt Key Largo CD radio easy install with 200 watts powered to all 4 speakers replaced with Profile 5.25 (buy it here) speakers. Purchased remote for stereo. Used factory wire harness, speakers were a direct replacement and fit perfectly. They are high powered speaker with a poly cone that will not tear like the factory speakers will.

5. Installed Mag Light flashlight holder brackets and a fire extinguisher.

6. Replaced all runners and trim with chrome trim screws. Makes a noticeable difference. The replace all plastic door plates with new stainless steel plates.

7. NEW self designed rear tool box, speaker box and spare battery box. Plans available soon. This is all the room you need for your trail tools, an extra rear battery for accessories, and a speaker box adequate for two 10 inch subwoofers. Complete install pictures coming soon.

8. New Grant Steering Wheel with Kit.

9. Three (3) 7 inch LCD Screens front and rear with a portable DVD player, auxillary ran through Pyle Pre Amp and 1100 watt stereo system to watch movies in style.

10. Power Akoustic 1100 watt sapphire series 4 channel amp with built in crossover, power meters, and cooling fan.

11. Pyle Pre Amp with 2 outs, Subwoofer out, and 2 inputs.

12. PNI radar detector with Altimeter and compass.

13. Rear Box with 2 Ten inch legacy woofers, and 5.25 legacy seperates with Tweeters and crossovers. PA Amps see above. New custome box with dual voice coil 15 inch PA subwoofer.

14. Aluminum switch panel with switches for lights on front light bar.
